By hosting local, one-day-only delivery events and operating without physical retail locations, we can ship in bulk and provide you with premium-quality trees at prices up to 50% lower than those at traditional garden centers.

Palm trees need abundant sunlight to grow and flourish. While they can survive indoors temporarily, prolonged indoor conditions often leave them weakened, undernourished, and vulnerable to disease, especially by the end of winter.

If you prefer to pick up your trees instead of opting for delivery, we’ll share the local pickup locations and addresses on our website and at checkout ahead of the event. Additionally, we’ll contact you beforehand to confirm your chosen pickup or delivery arrangements, ensuring everything is seamlessly coordinated.

Local delivery fees generally range between $20 and $50, though specific options for pickup and delivery may vary based on your location. Final availability and costs will be confirmed during checkout.

If pay on delivery is available in your location, then a Palms Direct representative will reach out to you a few days prior to confirm delivery and payment details. If you won’t be available on the day of delivery, please ensure payment is made electronically in advance. Kindly note that Palms Direct cannot leave your trees without receiving payment.
