By hosting local, one-day-only delivery events and operating without physical retail locations, we can ship in bulk and provide you with premium-quality trees at prices up to 50% lower than those at traditional garden centers.

Palm trees, like most tropical plants, cannot withstand the harsh winters of northern climates. However, for the cost of a single family dinner, you can transform your backyard into a lush, tropical escape—perfect for six months of paradise!

If you would prefer not to have your trees delivered, local pickup addresses will be announced one week prior to the event.

A Palms Direct representative will reach out to you a few days before the event to confirm delivery and payment details. If you won’t be available on the day of delivery, please ensure payment is made electronically in advance. Kindly note that Palms Direct cannot leave your trees without receiving payment.

Local delivery fees generally range between $20 and $50, though specific options for pickup and delivery may vary based on your location. Final availability and costs will be confirmed during checkout.

Palm trees need abundant sunlight to grow and flourish. While they can survive indoors temporarily, prolonged indoor conditions often leave them weakened, undernourished, and vulnerable to disease, especially by the end of winter.

Water when the top 1-2 inches of soil feel dry. Depending on weather conditions and plant size, this means watering every 2-5 days. Full to half sunlight. Trim brown spots or tips as required while maintaining leaf shape.
